Update: Ricardo Montalban died today at his home in L.A., January 14th, 2009. He was 88 yrs old. In an interview in 1978, this is what he said about his character, Mr. Roarke of Fantasy Island, "Was he a magician? A hypnotist? Did he use hallucinogenic drugs? I finally came across a character that works for me. "
